What to include

Summary & impact (users/services affected, environments)
When it started + recent changes
Logs, screenshots, request IDs (if possible)
Expected vs. actual behavior

For critical security events, email hello@cloudinfraflow.com with subject “SECURITY”.

Response timelines

Acknowledgement: within 1 business day
Initial triage: within 24–72 hours depending on severity
Fix/plan: shared as soon as we confirm root cause or workaround

If you’ve found a vulnerability, please avoid public disclosure until we’ve validated and fixed it. We don’t offer bounties yet, but we’ll credit researchers with permission.

Data handling

Only share info needed to reproduce the issue. Please do not include secrets, OTPs, or full card numbers. We handle your report per our Privacy Policy.
